Can you all believe it is week 4 of Spring?!!!
Despite what the weather has blown 💨 at us, this season has been an amazing CSA with beautiful veggies! The greenhouses look amazing!
As we transition into the warmer seasons you will be seeing a lot more of the greens and a little less of the root crops in these next couple of weeks. It's all apart of seasonal growing and the result of a really cold winter...plants will grow a little slower. Though the variety is a little less this week, it will pick up! 😁
